Wisconsin has one of the highest percentages of adults who currently drink alcohol in the country. But there’s growing interest in ways to enjoy the taste of beer without the alcohol. In the U.S., young adults are less likely to be regular drinkers than they were two decades ago. Untitled Art, a beverage company based in Waunakee, a suburb north of Madison, brings a twist to the state’s brewing industry with nonalcoholic beer.
